Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems, including but not limited to water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems.
• Diagnose issues, determine the best course of action, determine supply time, and provide a material list
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry advancements to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the scope of work, providing progress updates, and addressing any concerns.
• Operate a variety of plumbing tools and equipment safely and proficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on job sites and within company vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Valid P1 Plumbing License is required.
• Proven experience as a P1 Licensed Plumber, with a strong track record of successful plumbing projects.
• Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, components, and their functions.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions.
